Exclusive Menu For Truffle Season In Town

The white truffles come directly from Tuscany, supplied by the Savini family; the very same vendor who supplies Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. The Savini family are ancestral truffle dealers, having been in the business for three generations and deal exclusively in Tuscany truffle. They earned worldwide recognition and fame a few years ago when they discovered the biggest white truffle in the world, weighing close to 300 grams, that was then sold for approximately £300,000 at a charity auction.  Thus, in celebration of the season we will be introducing fresh dishes in our menu that will be available for a limited time, such as:

HOME MADE TAGLIOLINI WITH WHITE TRUFFLE  AND PARMESAN SAUCE.   

HAND CUT RAW BEEF SEASONED WITH LEMON JUICE, TUSCAN EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL, PARMESAN FONDUE, CRUNCHY BREAD and WHITE TRUFFLE.  

HOME MADE PIZZA WITH BASIL , PORCINI MUSHROOM, RICOTTA AND WHITE TRUFFLE.


In addition to the above, the current menu already boasts some dishes that perfectly complement this master ingredient, and we will be offering truffle pairings for those as well.
